The Milagros “Terry” Rodriguez Wellness Center provides a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can access health, prevention, and recovery support services without stigma. The Center’s approach emphasizes meeting individuals where they are, respecting personal autonomy, and supporting informed decision-making to improve overall health, well-being, and quality of life.

Services include HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI testing and counseling; psychoeducational groups; risk-reduction and overdose-prevention interventions; and screenings designed to connect participants with behavioral health and substance use disorder care, housing, employment, and other supportive resources.

The program distributes Naloxone (Narcan) and other harm reduction supplies while serving as a community hub for engagement, skill-building, education, and access to essential resources. Through collaboration with community partners and advocates, the Center works to provide timely connections, supported referrals, and warm handoffs to appropriate care and services.
