Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher
New North Citizen’s Council, Inc. (NNCC) is looking to hire Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher in our Child Care Family Services Program. This position is full-time working in-person in the daycare at Springfield.
Position Summary: To develop and implement a curriculum designed to meet the educational and social development of each child following Early Childhood Education (EEC) and NNCC classroom and curriculum guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Education (EEC) Lead Teacher Certified, Associate’s Degree or CDA certificate.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- A current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain is desirable (in three months).
- Incumbent should have excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
Education and/or Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in EEC or related field or, Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. EEC Lead Teacher or Teacher Certified. Have four (4) courses in EEC or, have 18 months of classroom experience, preferred.
PAY – Non-Exempt: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
