Mission & Vision Philosophy Our History Accountability	Philosophy To concretize its philosophy, NNCC functions according to the following: NNCC operates from a constitute basis by which the community invests itself in the value of services, ensuring that they are linguistically and culturally appropriate. NNCC offers the broadest possible range of services directly in order to facilitate services coordination and avoid service fragmentation. NNCC offers a practical approach to services. While all approaches to service are guided by clinical knowledge and psychotherapeutic approaches, NNCC/La Familia has found that concrete measures prove more effective in achieving self-sufficiency. The agency is a member of more than thirty coalitions and partnerships within its service area and has working relationships with over forty human service agencies. Our staff actively participates in over 36 boards, committees and task forces.
