Mission & Vision Philosophy Our History Accoutability	Mission The aim of New North Citizens’ Council, Inc. (NNCC) is threefold: NNCC seeks to provide opportunities for citizen involvement and participation. NNCC seeks to provide individual and class advocacy. NNCC seeks to provide comprehensive family supports and social service programs to residents of Hampden County. New North Citizens’ Council, Inc. embraces a philosophy which includes providing: community based, constituent sensitive services; the broadest range of services within the Agency; services to the entire family system; and practical approaches to services. Vision The mission of the New North Citizens' Council, Inc. is to provide advocacy, public and human services to Hampden County residents with an emphasis on Hispanic/Latino community for the purpose of enhancing the preservation and support of the family resulting in the improvement of quality of life.
